You Are a Kingdom Connector

You have a heart that brings people together.

You notice those who are searching, those who are gifted, and those who need a place to belong.
You may not feel called to lead a group or teach, but God has given you something equally powerful — the ability to connect the right people at the right time.

When you reach out, doors open.
When you invite, hearts respond.
You might not see it, but heaven does.

Every conversation, every text, every invitation becomes a seed that God can use to grow something eternal.

You are a bridge between where people are and where God is calling them to go.

That’s what makes your role so important — movements don’t grow without connectors like you.

“Encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (ESV)

Your calling is simple but powerful: help others discover theirs.
Find someone with leadership potential — someone who loves Jesus and wants to make a difference — and share the Kingdom Leadership Quiz with them.

Then, help them start a group and invite others to join.
You don’t have to lead the discussions — just gather the people and keep the fire burning.

The more you do this, the more you’ll see how God uses your influence.

You’ll begin to recognize divine appointments — moments where God places someone in your path who’s ready to step into their calling.

And as they grow, your impact multiplies through them.

Your light might not always be the one in front, but it’s the one that keeps the path lit.

You are a Kingdom Connector — someone who builds bridges, sparks movements, and helps others find their place in God’s story.

We recommend that you find a potential leader, share the Kingdom Leadership Quiz with them, and once they see their result, offer to help them start a group.

Invite your friends, family, or church community to join in.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly the Lord can multiply your small act of faith into something far greater than you imagined.

It all starts with one connection.

Reach out.
Invite.
Encourage.

And watch as God uses your relationships to help build His Kingdom.

Listen to the Bible

Gather in small groups to listen to the New Testament (John though Revelation).

Each meeting ends with three simple questions:
1. What was the story about?
2.  How did God speak to you?
3. What are you going to do about it?

How to Start Your First Group

In Your Own Home

Step 1: Share Your Testimony
Share your story with someone who’s walking through the same struggles you faced.

Did you know the word “testimony” in Hebrew (עֵדוּת, edut) means “God will do it again”?
When you share what God did for you, you’re inviting His power to do it again in someone else’s life.

Step 2: Invite Them to Your Group

Ask them to join you each week — just a simple time of reading, watching, and talking about what God is doing.
You don’t need to preach. Just gather, pray, and grow together.

Step 3: Multiply
Your goal isn’t to just lead a group — it’s to raise group makers.
Help each person use their story so God can “do it again” through them.
When every disciple becomes a group maker, the world can be reached from living rooms everywhere.

Vision For The Future... ⬇︎

Since the whole world can’t fit inside all the church buildings, we need people like you to start discipleship groups everywhere. To truly fulfill the Great Commission, these groups must multiply.

Train each disciple to begin their own group and reach their own circle of people — then map it. Our goal is to see a discipleship group or church in every city/village across the globe.

We collaborate with other ministries to track and map where these groups are growing. Watch the short video below, then visit 568tears.com to enter your group information when you’re done.
